The Confectionery Division is the latest addition to Attard & Co, set up in 2005. We distribute a wide range of ingredients for industrial and in-store bakeries, as well as serving catering establishments.
We import the well known brand BAKELS from the UK, the producers of a very wide range of products from oil and fat blends through to release agents, liquid improvers, glazes, fudge icings and chilled RTU custard. We also import pre-mix ingredients from the Belgium Company MECO, Ice Cream base products from FABBRI Italy and Whipping creams from UNIWHIP in Denmark.
