Attard & Co Ltd hosted a seminar on Fiorucci products at Canter Business Centre earlier this week for specialists within the trade. Mr. Franco Nacca, spokesperson for Fiorucci, entertained the crowd with facts, hints and tips about working a Deli and getting the most out of Italian cured meats. Held over two days, those attending were informed on how to preserve, slice, cook and best of all enjoy salamis and hams. Information on cholesterol levels of Parma ham, regulations of San Daniele, reputation of Mortadella, and cooking with Speck, gave those present a real treat.
All present were given the opportunity to sample the products and recognize the difference between the many products available. A flight per day was won to Rome to visit the Fiorucci factory, an experience one will never forget.
