Formation of Attard & Co. (Imaging) Ltd.

Since being founded in 1921, Attard & Co. Ltd. has through the years changed its corporate structure in order to adapt to changing times. The company now comprises 3 Business Groups, namely Imaging, Industrial and Foodstuffs. We announce the formation of a new company within the Attard & Co. Group, namely Attard & Co. (Imaging) Ltd. Photo business, as well as our Graphics Division, and in addition, our Artists’ Materials line have been transferred to the new firm already on 3rd July 2006.
