For this reason, we chose to build our reputation around the Agfa Galileo "Violet-emitting" plate setter which uses internal drum technology. Internal Drum platesetting is a remarkably simple approach to the challenges of putting pixels on plates. The media stays stationary, thus enabling the laser to target dots with unerring accuracy.

Each set of plates is accompanied by an imposition proof. Proofing is an important measure of absolute quality control. This guarantees the same output on the digital plate since the job is processed through the same RIP.
