Earlier on this year Attard & co Foodstuffs Ltd. had sponsored the Maltese Manchester United Club on their 50th Anniversary. For this occasion the Manchester United Club have flew in Sir Alex Ferguson, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Bryan Robson, Paddy Crerand and Jack Crompton.
Attard & Co had sponsored the event with Jacquart Champagne. The magnum bottle was opened by Attard & Co FoodStuffs Ltd Director Pierre Pellegrini Petit, Sir Alex Ferguson and Mr. Joseph Tedesco. Whilst on the 10th February another do was organized at the Mediterranean conference centre the wine chosen for this event was the Gato Negro one of the many selection of My Wyn.
