Once again, Attard & Co. Foodstuffs Ltd. sponsored another prestigious event.
Lufthansa Technik Malta opened a €60 million MRO facility at the Malta International Airport, Luqa on Saturday 4th April 2009, after only 18 months of construction.
During the inauguration of the new plant, the Hon. Prime Minister Dr. Lawrence Gonzi, emphasized the importance of new investments in the country which will ensure our economic growth. Mr. August W. Henningsen, Chairman of Lufthansa Technik AG and Mr. Louis Giordmaina, CEO Lufthansa Technik Malta, praised the much dedicated Maltese workforce and thanked the goverment for its continuous support.
A reception was held afterwards at Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar.
During the event, guests were able to taste a variety of Castillo de Molina red and white wine from Viña San Pedro, Chile.
Castillo de Molina was launched into the market in the 1980s following a number of award winning competitions around the world. Today Castillo de Molina is one of the leading wines in the Viña San Pedro Group.
